IMPORTING
EXISTING DATA
No
need to start over by switching to Trapbase from your
existing software or spreadsheet system.
FDSI can import data into Trapbase even from
multiple diskettes or files.
It is possible to have YEARS of data at your
fingertips after the data is converted into TrapbaseXP!
FDSI can import existing data into TrapbaseXP from

TrapbaseXP is designed for use by entry-level
computer users with easy to read buttons, autofill,
dropdown lists, and online help.

survey, maintenance, and repair data.
Older survey information
will not be lost when new survey information is
entered.

TrapbaseXP tracks maintenance and repairs
separate from surveys while still being linked to the
correct survey.

for things such as steam cost, make up water costs,

tracks leaks SEPARATELY from the steam trap, (ie,
union leaks, packing leaks), and calculates losses for

calculating steam loss and calculates losses
separately for each individual trap or leak based on
